Alongside the scientific programme, we are delighted to provide our guests with a series of social events to make the Conference even more enjoyable and provide plenty of opportunities for you to mingle and network with attendees from around the world.

Places on these social events are strictly limited and must be reserved in advance here.

Welcome drinks reception – Thursday 24 Jun, 18.00 to 20.00

Conference attendees are invited to this complimentary event on El Pelicano terrace, overlooking the outdoor Meliá Castilla pool. This is the perfect summer setting to enjoy early evening drinks with your fellow attendees.

Friday evening – Friday 25 Jun 19.30
After Friday’s intensive academic programme, simply step outside the hotel’s front door and stroll around the corner to enjoy a relaxed buffet dinner and drinks in a traditional Spanish restaurant.
